sales & marketing expert

Through my experience in both sales and marketing, I have learned that there is no "one-size-fits-all" solution. Through data and analysis, customer segmentation, and a little bit of grit, I have been able to meet customers where they are in their journey.

Multi-Channel Campaigns & Customer Journey

At the Jewish Federation, I lead multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning the full donor journey. I have spearheaded successful campaigns that combine direct mail, telemarketing, email, organic and paid social media, text, and Google AdWords into one cohesive push. The example below is one of my strongest — a Giving Tuesday campaign in which email and social media were built around a single unifying message and creative theme, giving donors a consistent experience across every touchpoint they encountered.

Beyond individual campaigns like this one, I've focused on building out the full donor journey — implementing stewardship tools including a monthly newsletter and an email welcome series to keep donors engaged well beyond a single ask.

Website Design

Evident by the quality of this website, I have experience in website design, content prioritization, and user experience.

Below is an example of a website I designed for my own wedding — covering everything from event logistics and travel coordination to guest-facing storytelling and design.

I also designed a site for a friend's professional basketball team. This website, in conjunction with a sales deck and solicitation letter I prepared, was used to raise $100k in sponsorships to field a Jewish basketball team in a march-madness-like tournament. Shoutout Brad!

Print Projects

Beyond digital, I love designing for print — there's something about a physical piece that has to work as a whole, all at once, without the benefit of scrolling or clicking through.

I've designed direct mail pieces and donor materials professionally, and independently created invitations, event programs, and keepsakes for personal and community occasions, including my wedding, Jewish holiday gatherings I've hosted, and my daughter's baby naming. A few examples are linked below.

Sales & Marketing Leadership

During my time in the electrical industry, I grew from B2B account executive, to product champion, to channel marketing expert, and finally to product manager.

The project I am most proud of is a virtual engagement strategy I built during the COVID-19 shutdown. I conceived, wrote, and produced a live webinar series to keep dmf's products in front of customers — designing the presentations, scripts, and promotional materials, hosting the sessions myself with live demos and real-time Q&A, and segmenting promotion by customer type so electrical contractors and architects each received distinct content tracks.

Bringing this campaign together required more than good content — it meant unifying messaging across email, social, and live presentation under a single cohesive theme, so that whether a customer first saw a promotional email, a social post, or joined the live session, the experience felt seamless and on-brand. That kind of multi-channel orchestration, more than any single tactic, is what drove engagement and sales during a time when in-person meetings were not possible.
